Premio Giorgio Scerbanenco 2017 finalists announced, trophy by Andrea Ventura

The five contenders for the 2017 Premio Giorgio Scerbanenco have been revealed: "Del dirsi addio" by Marcello Fois (Einaudi), "Un piede in due scarpe" by Bruno Morchio (Rizzoli), "È stato breve il nostro lungo viaggio" by Elena Mearini (Cairo), "Lissy" by Luca D'Andrea (Einaudi), and "L'uomo di casa" by Romano De Marco (Piemme). Notably, De Marco has also secured the "Premio dei lettori." The award, featuring a portrait of Giorgio Scerbanenco created by Andrea Ventura, will be presented on December 4, 2017, at 9 PM at Anteo, Palazzo del Cinema in Milan. The Noir in Festival is scheduled to take place in Milan and Como from December 4 to 10, 2017. Ventura, who was born in Milan in 1968, now resides in Germany.
