Prefabricated House in São Paulo's Pompeia Neighborhood

In the Pompeia neighborhood of São Paulo, architecture firm 23 SUL has finalized a 225 square meter residence showcasing cutting-edge construction techniques, including prefabricated blocks and laminated wood. Completed in 2021 and directed by Susanna Moreira, the project features the photography of Maíra Acayaba. Structural design was a collaboration between Urbem, MR2 Estruturas, and architects Arquimedes Costa and Luís Jorge. Landscaping was managed by Claudio Mariutti from Arboreto. Additional contributors included Felipe Tricoli, Vitoria Aguiar, and others, with key material suppliers Miniwave Hunter Douglas and Urbem, focusing on reducing costs and enhancing the building's efficiency.
