The fair will take place in Brooklyn from April 30 to May 3, 2026, with a VIP opening on April 29. It will feature 27 gallery exhibitors and 17 special projects, showcasing diverse artistic practices such as painting, sculpture, installation, and interdisciplinary works. Fair Director Adriana Farietta, collaborating with Powerhouse Arts President Eric Shiner, aims to broaden representation and cultural exchange within the global art scene. Farietta emphasizes the fair's goal of celebrating pluralism and providing a platform for emerging talent from vibrant regions globally. Participating galleries include Galería Extra from Guatemala City, Bockley Gallery in Minneapolis, Brihatta Art Foundation in Dhaka, Mazzucchelli/Cardoso in São Paulo, Gladwell Projects in New York, and WhereArt.Works in Saudi Arabia. The Special Projects section will present large-scale installations and mixed-media works exploring global histories and identities. Additionally, a Conversation Series will host discussions with artists, curators, and cultural leaders on contemporary art's role in a changing world. The event will be held in Powerhouse Arts' Grand Hall and Loft, inviting collectors, curators, artists, and enthusiasts to discover new voices and established practitioners. This inaugural fair marks a significant effort to enhance diversity and access in the art world, with tickets available through powerhousearts.org.
