Powder Haven Opens Next Phase of Luxury Ski Homes in Utah

On May 1, Powder Haven, a prestigious residential community in Utah supported by Netflix cofounder Reed Hastings, will commence sales for its next phase. This release features 42 properties, consisting of 34 homesites and eight developer-constructed chalets. The new Prado neighborhood offers lots ranging from one to 4.5 acres, the largest currently available, showcasing views of Pineview Reservoir and the Great Salt Lake. Homesites are projected to be priced between $3 million and $6.2 million, averaging around $4.2 million. The eight chalets at Shelter Hill will be listed from $8 million to $12 million. Access requires homeownership, as each residence serves as a membership. The first phase, featuring 39 homesites, sold out quickly. Additionally, the resort plans to enhance its private ski facilities with two new chairlifts for the 2026–2027 season, increasing the total to six lifts and expanding exclusive terrain to approximately 3,300 acres. A 73,000-square-foot clubhouse, named Arclodge, is slated to open in 2028, with closings anticipated between June and August and initial move-ins expected by the 2028 ski season.
