Porcellane dei Duchi di Parma riunite per la prima volta a Colorno
For the first time, porcelain pieces belonging to the Dukes of Parma, lost after the duchy merged with the Kingdom of Italy in 1859, will be on display at the Reggia di Colorno. The exhibition, titled "The Porcelains of the Dukes of Parma: Masterpieces from the Great 18th Century European Manufactures," will run from May 15 to September 19, 2021. Curated by Giovanni Godi and a team of specialists, it will showcase unique artifacts, including items used by Luisa Elisabetta of France and Filippo of Bourbon, alongside portraits, letters, purchase documents, palace plans, and 18th-century recipe books.
