Polysmiths completed Casa de Corcho, a three-bedroom house on an urban infill lot in east London, using cork and other sustainable materials that remained available during the pandemic. The 150 m² project was finished in 2022. Principal architect Charles Wu led the design, with structural engineering by Price and Myers and general contracting by Enviro Building Company.
