Apaulinha, a residential initiative consisting of nine homes across twelve hectares near Melides, Portugal, has been crafted by Policrónica Studio in partnership with Ambre Babzoe Marazzi. Developed by Apaulinha – Elegant Horizon Lda, the project includes eight newly built residences alongside an existing farmhouse, designed as a dispersed cluster. This 'domestic archipelago' concept focuses on unique environments linked by the landscape, with each home customized to its specific location. Each residence spans over one hectare, prioritizing natural light, cross-ventilation, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections. Shared amenities feature a lake, thermal area, movement room, sports court, children's studio, and The Shelter bar. Construction is set to commence in October 2026, with a target completion in 2028, striving for a blend of privacy, interaction, and landscape harmony.
