Polaroid and Pokémon Launch Nine Limited-Edition Cameras and Film for 30th Anniversary
Polaroid has partnered with The Pokémon Company for the franchise's 30th anniversary, releasing nine limited-edition products, including two Go Generation 3 cameras themed around Pikachu and Sylveon, plus a Poké Ball–styled Now Generation 3 camera. The Go Gen 3 is the world's smallest analog instant camera; both models share identical specs but distinct looks—Pikachu's yellow body, Poké Ball shutter, and tail-shaped strap, Sylveon's pink-white-blue palette. Accessories include a Poké Ball case, album, and strap. Film packs feature Snorlax, Gengar, Togepi, Charmander, and Pikachu borders. Pokémon licensing director Mathieu Galante said the partnership reflects Pokémon's values of discovery and connection. Preorders start August 25; the collection drops October 5.
