Podbielski Gallery in Milan hosts 'Lezioni di libertà' supporting Iranian freedom
Podbielski Gallery in Milan is presenting the group exhibition 'Lezioni di libertà' (Lessons of Freedom), curated by Rischa Paterlini and Antonella Monzoni. The show supports the Iranian people's struggle for freedom, particularly Iranian women. Featured artists include Shadi Ghadirian, Peyman Hooshmandzadeh, Shiva Khademi, Jalal Sepehr, Johanna Maria Fritz, Beatrice Minda, Tahmineh Monzavi, Gohar Dashti, and Shirana Shahbazi. The gallery, originally founded in Berlin in January 2011, later moved to Milan and is located in a 19th-century courtyard near Parco Sempione. Gallerist Pierre André Podbielski expressed pride in backing the courageous fight of the Iranian people, hoping for an end to decades of oppression and suffering.
