Ply Architecture's NTH House in Colonel Light Gardens

Ply Architecture has completed NTH (Neutral Tactile Habitat), a 150 m² house addition in Colonel Light Gardens, Australia. Curated by Miwa Negoro, the project was designed by lead architects Benjamin Edwards and Christopher Jeffery, with Benjamin Edwards also on the design team. The general contractor was Adelaide Built. Completed in 2024, the house is situated among heritage bungalows and adopts a measured architectural language to balance continuity with distinction, ensuring respectful integration into the established streetscape.
