Plenitude's Multisensory Path at Brera Botanical Garden
At the Orto Botanico di Brera during Milan Design Week from June 6 to 13, 2022, Plenitude, a Società Benefit under Eni's control, unveiled 'Feeling the Energy.' The installation, crafted by CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati alongside architect Italo Rota, incorporates 500 meters of antimicrobial copper tubing to capture solar, wind, and kinetic energy, which illuminates the garden at night and powers water vaporizers. Interactive stations provide insights into sustainable innovation, while portals showcase Vivaldi's 'Four Seasons' performed by the Ensemble Strumentale la Barocca dell'Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano. This project received a special 'Interaction' mention at the Fuorisalone Awards 2022, and the recyclable copper will be repurposed. In May 2022, Plenitude also launched an advertising campaign featuring Botticelli's 'La Primavera.'
