Plaza Mahou: Brewery-Branded Space Opens at Santiago Bernabéu
Plaza Mahou, the inaugural brewery-branded venue in Spain to brew beer within a sports stadium, has been finalized by External Reference Architects under the direction of Carmelo Zappulla. Situated in the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, it boasts direct views of the Real Madrid pitch and spans 1,100 m², featuring a restaurant and terrace. Anticipating approximately 400,000 visitors annually, this venture was a joint effort with Mahou San Miguel. The design team comprised Francesco Sacconi, Gianmarco Daniele, Ilaria Rampazzo, Giulio Montefoschi, Adrian Ionut Patrascu, and Agustina Raskin, while engineering support was provided by Ansón y Bonet, Rehabitar, Edgar Domínguez, and Josè Mulet.
