Pitmarels' Stickerland at Art Lucerna Gallery, Castiglione della Pescaia

From July 21 to August 8, 2026, Art Lucerna Gallery in Castiglione della Pescaia will host STICKERLAND, a solo exhibition by Pitmarels curated by Alisia Viola. The show explores whether adhesive stickers, originally designed for commercial communication, can be transformed into a medium that questions our perception of images. Pitmarels' work challenges the deceptive nature of visual appearance, using stickers as a tool to interrogate how we look at art. The exhibition runs for nearly three weeks, offering visitors a chance to engage with this unconventional artistic practice. The project is presented by segnonline, an Italian art publication, which announced the event. This exhibition highlights the growing trend of using everyday materials in contemporary art to provoke new ways of seeing.
