Pino Pinelli's 'Materia. Frammento. Ombra' at MAMM Moscow

Pino Pinelli's exhibition 'Materia. Frammento. Ombra' opens at the Multimedia Art Museum (MAMM) in Moscow from September 21 to October 23, 2016. Curated by Olga Sviblova and Francesca Pini, the show features nine key works spanning over 40 years of the Sicilian artist's career, from his Monocromi (1973) through the break with the canvas (1976) to his Disseminazioni. The exhibition is organized by the Italian Institute of Culture in Moscow as part of a series highlighting postwar Italian experimental art. Pinelli expressed both responsibility and pleasure at the invitation, speaking to Artribune from the Pushkin Museum in Moscow.
