Pinacoteca Agnelli opens major Alberto Savinio retrospective for autumn 2026

In Turin, the Pinacoteca Agnelli is set to launch its autumn 2026 season with a significant retrospective titled 'Alberto Savinio. Souvenir', honoring the artist Alberto Savinio (Athens, 1891 – Rome, 1952). Curated by Sarah Cosulich and Pietro Rigolo, in partnership with the Archivio Alberto Savinio, this exhibition will display approximately seventy-five paintings and drawings, highlighting his creations from the 1920s through the early 1950s. Scheduled to coincide with Torino Art Week 2026, the exhibition will be open from 30 October 2026 to 4 April 2027, exploring themes such as identity, memory, and imagination, and will feature an English publication on the artist.
