Pietro Terlizzi Arquitetura has unveiled the Lima House, a striking 400-square-meter residence in São Paulo, Brazil. The home spans three levels, encompassing a garage, social areas, and private spaces. Crafted with natural materials such as stone, wood, and brick, it features high ceilings that enhance natural light and airflow. A standout element is the gourmet balcony, complete with 9-meter sliding doors. The recreational area includes a barbecue, a swing, a pool with a suspended deck, and a spa, with the pool design inspired by the work of Roberto Burle Marx, constructed prior to the main building.
