Pi Network has broadened its Pi App Studio, enabling developers to utilize external AI coding resources like Codex, Claude Code, Replit, Cursor, and Lovable for application creation and integration into the Pi ecosystem through the SDK and Pi payments. This enhancement shifts App Studio from a solely internal no-code platform to a connection point between AI-driven development and blockchain distribution. Developers can tap into Pi's extensive network of over 60 million Engaged Pioneers and 17.7 million KYC-verified users on Mainnet, eliminating the challenge of building a user base from the ground up. Initially launched at Pi2Day 2025 as a GenAI/no-code platform, Pi App Studio evolved by Pi Day 2026 to focus on sustainable utility with ongoing payment interactions and code editing features.
