Pi Artworks Now Represents Antonio Cosentino

Antonio Cosentino, an Istanbul-based artist born in 1970, will be represented by Pi Artworks. Since 1996, he has been a founding member of the Hafriyat Collective. Cosentino's diverse artistic practice spans painting, sculpture, installation, photography, video, and writing, capturing the essence of Istanbul's urban environment and the relationship between memory and imagination. His creations, which stem from daily experiences and explorations, serve as a visual diary where reality merges with fiction. He completed his studies at Mimar Sinan University in 1994. His recent exhibitions include 'Summer was a Beautiful Day' at Zilberman Gallery in Berlin (2018) and 'HARBOR' at Istanbul Modern (2017). Previous notable shows feature 'Istanbul, Passion, Joy, Fury' at MAXXI, Rome (2015) and 'Tactics of Invisibility' (2010–2011).
