Photographer Natasha Lehner Named Assistant Professor at Wesleyan College

Born in 1998, Natasha Lehner is a photographer and educator hailing from Pound Ridge, NY. Currently, she serves as a Visiting Lecturer in Photography at both Wake Forest University and UNC-Chapel Hill, in addition to managing a studio at UNC Greensboro. Lehner earned her BFA from Belmont University in 2020 and is set to complete her MFA at Duke University in 2024. She will take on the role of Assistant Professor in Photography at Wesleyan College in Macon, GA, with a forthcoming exhibition at McCrary Art Gallery. Her thesis, titled 'More of Everything,' focuses on her grandfather, Harvey Karman, alongside her projects 'In Waiting' and 'Iron Sights.' In 2024, she was awarded the Teaching Fellow in Visual Arts at Duke and the Graduate Arts Fellow at the Kenan Institute of Ethics, among other honors.
