Photo London Relocates to Olympia for 2026 Edition with Expanded Film and Discovery Sections
In 2026, Photo London will relocate to Olympia in Kensington, following a decade at Somerset House, as part of a £1.3 billion redevelopment led by Heatherwick Studios. Founders Michael Benson and Fariba Farshad are set to enhance the curatorial approach, featuring both new and returning galleries from cities like New York, Tokyo, Warsaw, and Taipei, alongside a significant expansion in publishing. The Main presentation will include London galleries such as The Photographers’ Gallery and international newcomers like Paris-B and Miyako Yoshinaga. Notable works by artists including Michael Wesely, Edward Burtynsky, and Santiago Porter will be showcased. The event will also introduce art films and a new section, Source, dedicated to underrepresented mixed-media artists. Curated by Charlotte Jansen, the Discovery area will highlight various artists. The fair is scheduled for 14–17 May at Olympia.
