Photo London 2024 Returns to Somerset House with 120+ Exhibitors

Photo London, the global photography exhibition, is set to take place at Somerset House from May 16 to 19, 2024, with a press preview on May 14 and a VIP preview on May 15. This marks the fair's ninth iteration, established by Michael Benson and Fariba Farshad. It will showcase over 120 exhibitors from 44 cities and feature more than 400 photographers. The organizers are hopeful to reach pre-pandemic attendance levels, including ten galleries from New York. The event will consist of the Main Fair and a Discovery section, curated by Charlotte Jansen, which will introduce Positions for underrepresented photographers. Valérie Belin has been named the Photo London Master of Photography 2024. Turkey will be the guest region, presenting eight galleries, while Italian representation includes 29 ARTS IN PROGRESS and PODBIELSKI CONTEMPORARY. Exhibitions will focus on historical and women photographers.
