Architect Pepe Ramírez has designed Casa Rogelio, a 260-square-meter residential project completed in 2025. The house was commissioned by a young client with a passion for design, art, modern-era furniture, and wine, who specifically requested a contemporary dwelling that breaks away from the classic housing schemes prevalent in private subdivisions. The project team included designer María Concepción Luna, and the work was curated by Valentina Díaz. Photography for the project was handled by César Belio. Suppliers involved in the construction included Cesantoni and Tecnolite. The architectural design prioritizes essence over the empty appearance often found in such developments.
