Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts hosts multiple exhibitions including African American artists bequest

Philadelphia's Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts is presenting several exhibitions through June 7. A bequest of African American artists' work has been made to the institution. One exhibition features a survey of an American painter's career. Another display showcases prizewinning work by a graduating student, described as having "overwhelming elasticity."
