Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, one of Italy's foremost contemporary art experts, has been named the new president of the Fondazione per l'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea CRT. The decision was made by the outgoing board of the cultural nonprofit, chaired by Fabrizio Palenzona, which also approved the composition of the new board. Sandretto Re Rebaudengo is president of the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo and of the Comitato Fondazioni Arte Contemporanea, and serves on international councils of MoMA New York, Tate Gallery London, and the New Museum New York. She is known for fostering public-private cultural partnerships. The foundation aims to strengthen its ties with Turin, positioning art as a driver for the city's growth through national and international initiatives. Founded in 1991, Fondazione CRT is the third-largest banking foundation in Italy by assets, operating in Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta.
