pArt, Italy's first e-commerce platform dedicated to supporting cultural initiatives, is designed to make it easy for anyone to contribute to art restoration efforts. Founded by Maddalena Salerno and Lelio Orsini, the site allows users to donate for the restoration of a wide range of artworks, from ancient to modern, including photography and street art. Contributors can start with a minimum donation of €30 and choose from various projects listed at www.thisispart.com. The platform handles all administrative duties, making it easier for donors. Museums, churches, and restoration firms collaborate with pArt, and a scientific committee evaluates the projects.
