Paris's Nuit Blanche Replicated at Villa Medici in Rome

On October 27, 2016, Nuit Blanche, the famous all-night art festival that started in Paris in 2002, will be hosted at the Villa Medici in Rome from 7 PM to 4 AM. The event will feature a range of art installations, live performances, concerts, and DJ sets scattered throughout the villa and gardens. Christophe Girard, one of the event's founders, will team up with Director Muriel Mayette-Holtz to co-host. Curator Pier Paolo Pancotto will present contemporary works by artists such as Neil Beloufa, Davide Bertocchi, and Anri Sala. A special performance titled 'Sei sola,' inspired by Bach, will showcase violinist Benjamin Attahir and dancer Laure Dupont. From 11:30 PM to 3 AM, electronic music, curated by Swiss artists, will fill the air.
