Paris Photo Los Angeles and FIAC LA cancelled due to insufficient market maturity

Reed Exhibitions France has cancelled the fourth edition of Paris Photo Los Angeles, which was set for Paramount Studios from 29 April to 1 May 2016, along with the launch of FIAC Los Angeles, previously postponed from 2015. The organisers cited an immature market for large-scale art fairs in Los Angeles, noting that sales at Paris Photo Los Angeles were inadequate to support such events and ensure a return on investment for exhibitors. Both fairs will continue their Paris editions at the Grand Palais, with FIAC scheduled for 20–23 October and Paris Photo for 10–13 November 2016. Reed Exhibitions France remains committed to exploring alternative international expansion opportunities for these events. The announcement was made on 15 February 2016.
