Paris Internationale's Milan Debut Offers Alternative Fair Model with 34 Galleries

festival-fair · 2026-04-17

From April 18 to 21, 2026, Paris Internationale will host its inaugural Milan edition during Art Week, marking its first expansion beyond Paris. Established in 2015 by the galleries Crèvecoeur, Gregor Staiger, and Ciaccia Levi, and led by Silvia Ammon, the event will take place at Palazzo Galbani. A collaborative installation by Swiss firm Christ & Gantenbein and NM3 will feature a non-hierarchical design. Thirty-four galleries will present exceptional works, such as Benni Bosetto's jewelry boxes by Emanuela Campoli and mirror paintings by Nick Mauss. Notable pieces include family photographs by Ying Bo, a beach series by Cosima von Bonin, and works by Ibuki Inoue. The fair prioritizes quality with solo or duo exhibitions, differing from traditional fairs like miart, although sales results are still unclear.
