The exhibition 'Paris Bordon. Pittore divino' at Museo Santa Caterina in Treviso explores the work of the 16th-century Venetian painter, considered by Giorgio Vasari as Titian's only worthy pupil. Bordon was born in Treviso in 1500, moved to Venice at age eight, and entered Titian's workshop around 1513. Bordon excelled in portraiture, securing prestigious commissions; highlights include a pair of marriage portraits from Palazzo Rosso in Genoa and the National Gallery in London.
