Paratissima Turns 20, Moves to New Location for 2024 Edition

Paratissima, the independent art fair in Turin, celebrates its 20th anniversary with a new location at the Uffici SNOS in Corso Mortara, a temporary space before moving to the former Superga factory. The fair runs from October 31 to November 4, 2024, under the title "Venti," directed by Andrea Schiavo and Lorenzo Germak. It features over 350 artists across more than thirty exhibitions, including the main show "Unpredictable" curated by Roberta Bani and Alice Selvatico, and special projects by Amedeo Abello, Graphic Days, Alessandro Scali, and Memissima. A virtual curator, Catherine Gipton, created by artist Alessandro Scali using AI, curates a section. Other highlights include Paratissima Live performances and talks, a Flow Room for Shiatsu treatments, and the Share Festival's 18th edition titled "All Natural." Mayor Stefano Lo Russo praised the fair as an excellence for Turin's cultural scene, with support from Vice Mayor Michela Favaro in finding the new venue.
