festival-fair · 2026-05-04

The 15th edition of Paratissima, a popular art fair in Turin, was held at a new location: the former Reale Accademia, now called Accademia Artiglieria. This expansive 12,000 square meter area is conveniently situated between Piazza Castello, Teatro Regio, and the Cavallerizza, which had recently suffered from a fire, all near the iconic Mole Antonelliana. The layout includes a central courtyard with three-story buildings dedicated to various themes, like the Multiversity Exhibition and Bootique – Fashion & Design. Notable new features are Think BIG, showcasing large-scale works from artists such as Giacomo Costa and Robert Gligorov, and Ph.ocus – About Photography, displaying contemporary photography in a tower with a spiral staircase. The fair's focus on revitalizing neglected urban spaces continues to draw large crowds.
