Parasite 2.0's Fantaspazio Installation at Spazio Murat, Bari

exhibition · 2026-05-05

Parasite 2.0, an architecture collective comprising Stefano Colombo, Eugenio Cosentino, and Luca Marullo, has created an immersive installation titled 'fantaspazio' at Spazio Murat in Bari. The work transforms the space into a surreal landscape of polystyrene mounds and cubes, illuminated by blue light projectors. Visitors, both adults and children, are required to navigate a platform using their bodies and minds, engaging in a series of actions. The installation is part of the nascent Polo per il contemporaneo, an initiative by the Comune di Bari aimed at addressing international issues and emergencies, as evidenced by a concurrent program of talks and in-depth discussions curated by Impact Hub. The project was reviewed by Lorenzo Madaro.
