Paolo Desideri and Daniela Ducato Discuss Architecture and Entrepreneurship on Artribune Podcast

The Artribune podcast series 'Contemporaneamente' features a dialogue between architect Paolo Desideri and entrepreneur Daniela Ducato, curated by Mariantonietta Firmani. Desideri, a professor of architectural and urban design at Roma Tre University since 2007, has worked on major infrastructure projects including Rome's Tiburtina station, metro stations on Line B, the Casablanca high-speed rail station in Morocco, and restorations of the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome and the Museo Archeologico della Magna Grecia in Reggio Calabria. He also designed Florence's new Parco di musica e cultura and the Auditorium Sala Zubin Mehta. Ducato is founder of Edizero Architecture for Peace and President of Fondazione Territorio Italia. Her company produces certified 100% Made in Italy non-toxic, petroleum-free, water-free, energy-saving products, and is among the first in Europe for circular economy in construction and geotechnics. She has received over 100 awards including the Compasso d'Oro for design, and her company was named by The New York Times among the world's top ten for innovation in marine biotextiles. During the 2021 G20 in Rome, she was among 30 Italian excellence brands.
