Pandolfini's November 2025 Milan Auction Features Botero, Picasso, and Italian Masters

Pandolfini has moved its modern and contemporary art auction in Milan from December to November 13, 2025. The Florentine auction house presents 78 lots spanning 20th-century Italian and international art. Highlights include Fernando Botero's 1966 painting "Ritratto" (estimate €150,000-250,000), Giorgio de Chirico's "La grande torre" from the early 1970s (€80,000-120,000), Antonio Ligabue's "Autoritratto triste" from his third period (1952-1962, estimate €50,000-90,000), Alberto Burri's 1964 "Combustione" (€40,000-70,000), and Pablo Picasso's 1959 "Le Petit Déjeuner" in ink and watercolor on paper (€60,000-100,000). Additional lots include works by Renato Guttuso, Filippo de Pisis, Carlo Carrà, Massimo Campigli, Felice Casorati, Karel Appel, Robert Rauschenberg, Gino De Dominicis, Salvo, Mimmo Paladino, and Enzo Cucchi. The Ligabue painting comes from the collection of Bruno Bertacchini, the artist's friend and supporter.
