Palestinian Artists Showcase Resilience in London Exhibition Curated by Faisal Saleh

The exhibition "Art of Palestine | from the river to the sea" is currently on display at London's P21 Gallery until 21 December, showcasing the works of over 25 Palestinian artists, such as Mohammed Alhaj, Samia Halaby, and Maisara Baroud. Curated by Faisal Saleh, the founder of the Palestine Museum US, this exhibition emphasizes the cultural heritage of Palestine. A prominent map illustrates symbols representing refugee camps and destroyed villages. Featured pieces include Ibrahim Alazza's installation All That Remains (2020–21) and Haya Kaabneh's painting The Mourning of Spring (2024). The collection also showcases traditional tatreez embroidery and children's artwork from Gaza following Operation Cast Lead (2008/9), alongside highlights like Rania Matar's photography and Nisreen Zahda's Nakba Animated Map (2020). P21 Gallery, which supports Arab culture, collaborates with the Palestine Museum US for this project.
