Palazzo Te 2024 season: a labyrinth of metamorphoses
Palazzo Te in Mantua has unveiled its 2024 season titled 'Il Labirinto delle metamorfosi', drawing inspiration from the works of Giulio Romano, Ovid, and Apuleius. The lineup consists of exhibitions, concerts, and conferences, with the permanent collection under the management of the Fondazione Palazzo Te starting March 27. A significant conference is scheduled for June 21–22, featuring speakers like Christian Greco and Marialuisa Catoni, who will delve into the theme of metamorphosis. Additionally, from September 5, 2024, to January 6, 2025, the exhibition 'Il labirinto di Picasso', curated by Annie Cohen-Solal, will examine Picasso's influences. The season will wrap up in spring 2025 with 'Metamorfosi a Palazzo Te', including musical performances, contemporary art installations, and workshops for emerging artists.
