Palazzo Monti's Transatlantico Exhibition Opens at Mana Contemporary in Jersey City

The exhibition "Transatlantico," showcasing 130 artists, has debuted at Mana Contemporary in Jersey City, representing the inaugural major retrospective of Palazzo Monti, an artist residency based in Brescia. Established in 2017 by Edoardo Monti, who previously spent seven years in New York working for Stella McCartney's communications team, the residency has welcomed over 150 artists from around the globe. This exhibition, which was organized during the pandemic through transatlantic remote collaboration, will be open until April 17, 2021. Monti referred to the partnership with Mana, which began in January 2020, as a chance to honor the residency and provide many artists with their first international exposure. Featured artists include Oscar Giaconia, Gianni Politi, and others, emphasizing diverse artistic expressions on human and social issues.
