Palazzo Greco Stella: New Art Museum and Michelin-Star Restaurant in Lamezia

The Palazzo Greco Stella in Lamezia Terme, Calabria, is set to debut in autumn 2022, repurposing a 19th-century structure located behind the Cathedral into a vibrant cultural center. Spearheaded by stylist Elena Stella and consultant Pietro Greco, the initiative began as a private residence but evolved due to the available space. This venue will showcase a private art collection, including works by renowned artists such as Mario Schifano, Andy Warhol, and Damien Hirst, alongside older pieces. In addition to a permanent exhibition, it will feature temporary exhibits focused on technology and virtuality, collaborating with various art organizations. Culinary offerings will include bistrot Aràma, an art café, and the Michelin-starred Abbruzzino, led by chef Luca Abbruzzino. The project also emphasizes sustainability through partnerships with Bossio, Flos, and Giorgetti.
