Palazzo Grassi's Teatrino Expands Multidisciplinary Program with Music, Dance, and Film

The cultural landscape is set to broaden with the Teatrino, designed by Tadao Ando, at Palazzo Grassi and Punta della Dogana in Venice, as well as a new exhibition venue at the Bourse de Commerce in Paris. A series of events will take place in May and June 2016. On May 6 and 7, the fourth edition of Discantus will delve into contemporary music connections, featuring artists Giovanni Mancuso and Cecilia Vendrasco. The performance Der Tod ist eine schöne Frau will highlight Franziska Strohmayr and Lika Bibileishvili. Additionally, on May 11 and 12, the film series If Arte Povera was Pop will be presented, aligning with the exhibition at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. In June, the Teatrino will host events related to the Biennale Danza, culminating in a conference by Laura Miller on marketing strategies on June 29.
