The Venice Biennale's Historical Archive has been enriched with a significant archival collection from Palazzo Grassi, spanning the years 1984 to 2005 during FIAT's management. This collection comprises 100 linear meters of documents pertaining to more than 40 exhibitions, including notable shows like 'Futurismo e futurismi' (1986), Jean Tinguely's 'Una magia più forte della morte' (1987), 'Andy Warhol – A Retrospective' (1990), Marcel Duchamp (1993), Balthus (2001-2002), and Salvador Dalí (2004-2005). It also contains autographs from prominent figures such as Robert Rauschenberg, Eugène Ionesco, John Cage, Gae Aulenti, Georges Pompidou, and Gianni Agnelli. The collection will be delivered by the end of the year and will be accessible after inventory as 'Fondo Palazzo Grassi – 1984-2005'.
