Palazzo Galeano's Platea Platform Showcases Under-35 Artists in Lodi

In Lodi, at Corso Umberto I, Palazzo Galeano hosts Platea, a display window curated by the association Platea, founded by Claudia and Laura Ferrari, Carlo Orsini, Luca and Lorenzo Bucci, and Gianluigi Corsi. The space, named after Marcello Maloberti's 2021 work Trionfo dell'Aurora, promotes young artists under 35 through exhibitions mentored by established figures. This year's mentor, Rä di Martino, selected artists including Narciso by Valerio D'Angelo (Rome, 1993), Diorama by Martina Cioffi (Como, 1991), and solo shows by Vittorio Zeppillo (San Severino Marche, 1998) and Camilla Gurgone (Lucca, 1997). Zeppillo's site-specific intervention "Dream Factory," curated by Benedetta Monti and Niccolò Giacomazzi, explores ambiguity through a motorized installation evoking human presence and urban shelter. Each exhibition includes free poster publications. The project fosters dialogue among established and emerging artists, curators, and the association's board.
