Palazzo Braschi Exhibition Explores Opera's Artistic Collaborations from Picasso to Kentridge
The Museo di Roma at Palazzo Braschi presents 'Artisti all'Opera. Il Teatro dell'Opera di Roma sulla frontiera dell'arte da Picasso a Kentridge (1881-2017)', running from November 17, 2017 to March 11, 2018. The exhibition goes beyond a scenic presentation of selected works, reconstructing the backstage usually hidden from the audience. It reveals theatrical creations by major musicians, composers, costume designers, and directors.
