The EUmies Awards Days 2026 took place on May 11–12 in Barcelona, organized by the Fundació Mies van der Rohe, the European Commission, and the Barcelona City Council. The event focused on the reuse and transformation of existing buildings. The main prize was awarded to the Palais des Expositions de Charleroi in Belgium, designed by architecten jan de vylder inge vinck and AgwA. The Emerging Architecture award went to Temporary Spaces for the Slovenian National Theatre Drama in Ljubljana, by Vidic Grohar Arhitekti. Curated by the Barcelona collective postlike, the program included conferences, performances, installations, and exhibitions.
