Padua Students Create AI-Assisted Street Art for Super Walls Biennial
From May to June 2023, Padua hosted the third edition of Super Walls, a biennial dedicated to street art, under the curation of Carlo Silvestrin and Dominique Stella. The event showcased 37 murals crafted by 31 artists, centered around the theme of 'respect.' Among the contributors were Italian artists such as Alessandra Carloni, Alessio-B, Andrea Crespi, Capo.Bianco, Cuboliquido, Mrfijodor, Peeta, and Tony Gallo, alongside Dutch artist JDL, German artist Kera1, Spanish artists Medianeras and Doa Oa, and French artists Nerone, Daco, Anna Conda, and Fortunes. Additionally, students from the 4th E class of Liceo Artistico Statale Modigliani, mentored by teacher Patrizia Marcolin and ARC, created an AI-generated mural featuring a boy and girl representing the school's academic paths.
