Outsider Art Fair Marks 20th Year with New Owner and Chelsea Location

The Outsider Art Fair commemorates two decades with significant changes, including a new proprietor and a fresh venue at 548 West 22nd Street in New York. Running from January 31 to February 3, 2013, hours extend from 11 am to 8 pm on Saturday and 11 am to 6 pm on Sunday.
