Orticola di Roma Debuts with Art and Floral Exhibitions Across the City

festival-fair · 2026-04-27

From May 6-8, 2022, the inaugural Orticola di Roma market fair will take place, emphasizing eco-sustainability and inspired by Milan's Orticola. Italian nurseries will be present, while Euroflora in Genoa runs from April 23 to May 8, highlighting flowers and art. Organizer Andrea Amoruso Manzari prioritizes greenery, art, sustainable transportation, and luxury. Celebrities and sponsors will gather in the Hotel de Russie garden, with floral displays adorning Via Condotti and Piazza di Spagna. Villa Borghese will showcase over 30 exhibitors, including Innbamboo and Tulipani Neri. FAI has planned a visit to Acquedotto Vergine on May 7-8, and floral tours will occur at Galleria Borghese and Museo di Villa Medici. Proceeds from Milan's event will fund urban green renovations, while the Museo Civico di Storia Naturale has acquired rare plants. The FuoriOrticola tour will explore exclusive gardens in Milan and Lake Como.
