Opera Laboratori acquisisce Canale 3 Toscana, nascono C3T e ARTUSCANY TV

Opera Laboratori, a Tuscan company managing sites such as the Duomo di Siena and the Museo dell’Opera, has acquired a 70% stake in Canale 3 Toscana, a local broadcaster transitioning to 5G. The channel will be renamed C3T (channel 84) and will focus on current affairs, cultural, artistic, spiritual, and museum heritage, local economy, traditions, as well as sports and music events, with a special emphasis on the Palio and the Contrade. Additionally, a new collaboration will lead to the creation of ARTUSCANY TV (channel 95), an English-language channel featuring documentary programming about Italy's artistic treasures, initially available in Florence, Prato, Pistoia, and their provinces. Both channels will provide 24/7 streaming. Stefano Di Bello, head of Opera Laboratori in Siena, stated that this initiative aims to enhance communication and give a voice to local stakeholders with a regional perspective.
