One-night-only art show inside a Milan strip club

exhibition · 2026-04-27

On November 10, 2022, from 10:30 PM to 5:00 AM, the Luxy Club in Milan (Corso Buenos Aires, 33) will host 'Look at Me', a free contemporary art exhibition organized by OTTN Projects with support from the Fondazione Marcelo Burlon. Curated by Sara van Bussel with artistic direction by Manuela Nobile, the event transforms a regular strip club evening into an intersection of art and nightlife. Three artists are featured: Michele Rizzo, a performer and choreographer interested in clubbing culture; Giulia Crispiani, who works with visual poetry; and Flaminia Veronesi, whose dreamlike sculptures explore impossible worlds. Their works engage with themes of taboo, fantasy, and desire, seeking connection with the venue. The exhibition aims to mix audiences—regular strip club patrons and contemporary art lovers—encouraging new perspectives on art and its consumption. The event is free, no reservation required.
