Olson Kundig Revitalizes 1956 Mid-Century Home in North Vancouver

Olson Kundig has completed the North Vancouver Remodel, a renovation of a 1956 mid-century home for a couple with young children. The project, finished in 2020, covers 370 square meters and maximizes usable space while honoring the original mid-century design. Extensive new glazing opens the interior to natural light and views, enhancing connections between living spaces and the surrounding landscape. Photographs by Ema Peter document the transformation.
