Okwui Enwezor's 56th Venice Biennale to feature Marx's Das Kapital reading, sparking debate on political art

In late October 2014, Okwui Enwezor presented his curatorial concept for the 56th Venice Biennale, named All the World's Futures. This exhibition is scheduled to take place from 9 May to 22 November 2015 and will feature a performance in which all four volumes of Das Kapital (1867–94) will be recited. This initiative explores the relevance of Marx amidst the current economic crisis during the exclusive opening days from 6 to 9 May.
